“When I noticed a bit of cracked and buckled sheetrock in my garage, I contacted Fernando Roofing per a friend's recommendation. Alex came out the next day, went up on the roof, and took a series of photos from different angles, showing several cracked tiles and damaged underlayment exactly above the problem area in the garage. He prepared 3 different estimates--GOOD, BETTER, BEST--and explained everying in detail. I was very happy that he was able to work within my budget and offer good value. He and a crew were back later in the week to remove a couple of solar panels and complete the repair work, replacing the panels and finishing the final clean-up first thing the next morning. I'm very pleased with the whole project, and happy that Alex was my one contact person who coordinated everything from start to finish by phone/email/in person--he's GREAT--and he gave me a whole series of before/during/after photos of the work.“
