I called because warm air suddenly started coming from the vents. ChillTek AC Repair was straightforward about what they were checking and why. Once they figured out the cooling problem, they explained the repair before starting anything. I liked knowing what was happening instead of just getting a bill at the end. The AC has been keeping the house comfortable again. Good people to deal with.
The office was getting warmer every afternoon even though the AC seemed to run nonstop. Not great when you have employees and customers coming in. We had someone come take a look and they found where the airflow was being restricted. They handled the work without disrupting much of our day. By later that afternoon you could already feel the difference. Everyone in the office noticed.
I manage a small rental property and needed someone to look at the AC between tenants. It was cooling, just not very well. They inspected the system and walked me through what needed attention now and what could wait. I really appreciated that part. The repair was handled without a bunch of back and forth. Made my job as the landlord a little easier that week.
