I needed to have my 30 yr old HVAC system replaced and contacted North Mechanical. Dave North listened to my concerns and what I wanted in a HVAC system. He and his crew were very thorough & professional. They installed new heating and A/C and figured out the problem with my guestroom ductwork and corrected it. For the 1st time since I've owned my home, the guestroom is finally warm! Great customer service, polite and professional installation, I highly recommend North Mechanical!
They were in the right place at the right time. I was trying to fix my gas heater and was having alot of problems. I tried calling several places with no luck at all. Then I walked out of the house and saw 2 guys from north mechanical working on a neighbors unit. I asked for help. They told me to call the office. After my call, they sent a guy out in about 1 hour. If you ever tried to get work done up in this area, you are lucky to even get someone to show up. But these guys did just the opposite. My problem was fixed with amazing speed.
I’ve used North Mechanical for many years and always happy with them. Andrew was great today, did a full check up, asked good questions and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. This is consistent with previous experience too. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in their service area. Oh and this time my technician had a major emergency call in the morning and I was kept up to date. Just a very good outfit, top to Bottom. Price includes travel as well.
