No show on the appointment time, and then said they didn't come cuz I never got a confirmation call and my phone records don't have any missed calls. When I asked about rescheduling, they said they're 80 miles away (even though the pin on Google shows they're barely 5 miles from me, not sure what that's about), and they don't know when they'll be in the area again and can't schedule me. Feels very strange. Rep was friendly, but not being able to reschedule after I was quite clear I still wanted to work with them after the no show was weird.

Reese proposed an excellent solution based on his extensive experience and knowledge in heating and cooling. He did a superb installation during these tough times with COVID-19 on our failing 20 year old HVAC system. Even when there was an unforeseen product backorder he worked around it and made sure were were comfortable with AC through that process and even came back at no charge to adjust air flow. When the product finally arrived he was quick to get it installed and truly a pleasure to deal with at every turn. Their service was excellent. We were without cooling for only a day and a half and their serviceman showed up and saved us from melting. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We will use them again if the need arises.
