awful place unprofessional they will let lube techs do mechanical work on your vehicle and they will ruin your vehicle, have pics and attorney for civil lawsuit DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE I have videos of their screw-up but cannot upload. They do a VERY SHADY business model...

Second time I was ever there was today 9/16/23 at 8:10 a.m this heavy set girl beats me to the door and says "what do you want." I said I was looking for a axle bearing press machine to sell. She says " No we don't". I asked her if they maybe rented them out. She says IM SAYING WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THAT. With a real youngster brat attitude. I said thank you and walked. I was there before. Same mouthy kind of punk attitude then too.

Needed a car while camping in Quartzsite, AZ. Parker was the closest place that had one. Easy to pick up and drop off, had a 2020 Ford SUV, nice....

Company doesn't deserve even a one star rating. Many problems from the beginning of service. Sergio lied about being able to find a gas tank in town for us, said he looked all day so it will cost us 2,000. We called and found 3 in town with in 30 minutes , reported it to Josh and he fixed it after back peddling for a bit. But thats not the worst of it they sent us back to California with not one of the four bolts in our drive shaft !!! Thats down a two lane highway and an interstate !!! 1200 to repair once we got home and two Tows! We called Josh and after informing him we would go to corporate he agreed to pay for the repairs. They didn't offer to pay for the tows and refused to compensate us for the inadequate unprofessional incomprehensible, not to mention the lives they put in danger. Corporate does not recognize this company as a ford dealer and has very little control on how they serve their customers!!! Go to Havasu if you can!!!

We had terrible service here at our home town Ford dealership. Took our 2017 Ford F-150 in because it was overheating. It needed a new part and since we had a warranty we asked them to please call the warranty people. Was told "they don't call on warranties" because they don't recognize them. I talked the service manager, Sergio, into calling them and he said they told them it would be 3 days to get authorization for payment. I called the warranty people on the 3rd day and was told this had already been authorized, that they would make payment within the hour after they received the emailed invoice. When we went to get the pickup we were charged for the whole bill - $600+ because Sergio was too lazy to email them the invoice. DON'T Go here for vehicle service if it's under warranty, they will not use the warranty. Also TERRIBLE customer service. We will not use them again, will be using Bradley Ford in Havasu or elsewhere.

IF I could give them a 0 I would. I bought a truck from them and Dan the salesman was great. Ac did not work when I bought it he came picked it up and had it repaired that day.. 16 months later I took it back to them for same issue AC. The service department started my vehicle on a Thurs and I got it back the following Tuesday and paid $1000.00 for the repair. The AC worked good for a couple of days and gradually was no so efficient. I took it to the service dept talked to Serge and he was very rude to me telling me I will have to wait over a week. I am a 60 yr old lady drives 40 miles each way to work and I just paid a $1000 to drive an unconditioned vehicle with temps in excess of 110. This is not acceptable. My husband called him as in inspected vehicle and no Freon at all in my Truck, Serge was very rude and nasty to him as well. We will be filing a dispute with them and will not take another vehicle there for repairs. I have lost all trust with them and you have to be able to trust your mechanic. Wish I would have read the reviews.. I agree do not take a vehicle there......go anywhere else... Laura
