Our Border Collie was a mess from traveling. They did a beautiful job of trimming and getting his winter coat out. Riley is 12 and has some health issues I couldn't have asked for him to have been treated better.
We called Charley's over the weekend when we discovered our AC was not working correctly. We were given a Wednesday appointment between 10-12. When they weren't there still at 1, we attempted to call to see if there was a delay or if we were being cancelled, but there was no answer. We are usually patient with these things but we were anxious as we needed to leave to return to CA that day. We did finally get a call from the technician that he was running behind and was about 15 minutes away. Once he arrived, he was able to find the problem and get us cooling again. I took a star off just because I believe if you are not going to make the window given, you should have a way to notify your client proactively.
Desperately needed my hair cut and dyed back in November, she worked me in same day, did a great, fast job, and didn’t charge enough. TIP HER!!!
Was a walk in snowbird. John made me feel very welcome. On top of that, he gave me a great haircut! Set the bar high for my barber back home.

I was able to get in quickly for both a haircut and a gel pedicure. Dena did a great job with my cut. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Roxy did an excellent job on my pedicure. Very professional and thorough. I will definitely go back to both ladies.

First time taking my senior and very skittish Yorkie Waylon in for a groom in Parker. Dee was amazing. She was so gentle and patient with him. He is a handful. When finished he looked amazing. I will definitely be going back before I go home. Oh and the price was very reasonable. Five stars for sure???

Received a magnificent one hour deep tissue massage. Though it was faster paced than I am use to, it was excellent. I will ask for a slower one next visit. Everyone was kind and courteous. Very clean and calming environment.
Eric and Shayla were great! I really appreciate how Shayla put us at ease right away with her friendliness and charm. She then worked with Eric to find the issue with the wave runner (broken hose). They set aside what they were working on and replaced the broken hose on the spot. We are so grateful their shop is in Parker!

Our van broke down 20 mins from Parker AZ in the middle of the desert pulled off on the side of the road on an angle. Parker towing came to get us promptly and incredibly quickly. The young man who came was very efficient and did an amazing job of maneuvering our van onto his tow truck. Because of his talents our cost was $100. Less than the quote. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I called yesterday and got appts for 2 of us today. They are busy so I suggest making an appt. We had a great time, everyone was friendly and the pedis turned out great. These people can definitely multi task. Everyone worked together to give us a fun experience!
