They are compassionate and understanding of others emotions..l got a little frustrated but they understood and kept on helping us..when my time comes l know I'll be in good hands and preparations will be done accordingly..thank you so much for all your help Dignity Mortuary/Albuquerque and Parker Funeral Home..our Aunt's services was beautiful ♥️
Adam C. Sevada is outstanding. He works hard. He goes above and beyond for your loved one. He takes great care of families. My family is more than greatful for Adam. We really deeply appreciate Adam for taking amazing care of my grandmother. He took care of her like shes family. The time, effort, and he was understanding was amazing. We love Adam. Thank you so much Adam for all your hard work. We felt more at peace with you helping us out. He went out of his way to add pictures of Thailand while we were spending our last moments with our loved one. Thank you Adam! You're the best!
Excellent customer service & authentic sincerity from our rep. Adam Sevada. I appreciate Dignity Memorial for employing caring & passionate staff like him. He made the process way more easier & smoother for our family. During the viewing he went out of his way to catered to what was playing from Thailand instead of just playing whatever videos that came up on google. Can't thank him enough for his efforts in arranging my mom's cremation.
