We called Charley's over the weekend when we discovered our AC was not working correctly. We were given a Wednesday appointment between 10-12. When they weren't there still at 1, we attempted to call to see if there was a delay or if we were being cancelled, but there was no answer. We are usually patient with these things but we were anxious as we needed to leave to return to CA that day. We did finally get a call from the technician that he was running behind and was about 15 minutes away. Once he arrived, he was able to find the problem and get us cooling again. Very impressed with Charley's, called on Wednesday and they were there on Friday as scheduled. Both the guy on the phone and the service guy were friendly and polite. He had us up and running again within an hour. Will definitely be our go to for AC repair.Services: Repair HVAC
