Extremely pleased with Sir Grout services. Extensive traffic area in the house, over 500 sqft looks like new again—entryway, kitchen, dining area, family room, guest and master bathroom. Technicians Rudy and Oscar were very diligent, knowledgeable, and hardworking throughout the process. From start to finish the process was well communicated by Ryan Ward, Rudy and Oscar both verbally and in writing. For a reasonable price our floors will look great another 30 years! This is the second time that we have had Sir Grout, and they are excellent. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Isaiah and Kerwin arrived right on schedule, explained what they would be doing throughout the day, moved all of our furniture, and performed their magic on our floors. Our floors look brand new. And when they were finished, they moved all of our furniture back to where it was. Isaiah and Kerwin were very professional, friendly and gave us care instructions before they left. Definitely first class service.
