The two young technicians arrived on time and worked non stop for 4 hours to complete the job of cleaning the HVAC vents and the dryer vent. Their cleanup was spotless. It is great in this world to see young people that work and take great pride in the job they do. In addition to the quality work, this company was 35% less than the other quote I got from Thumbtack. When I first called Wise-Ventz and spoke to Gabe (I believe), he was very informative and didn't once try to oversell me. Based on the time of the year, he actually recommended waiting til spring to do some of the services I was thinking about having done. After explaining what I wanted, he offered his advice and the most affordable option to accomplish that as their pricing plans include an a la cart menu as well as package plans. Andres then came to clean our ducts/vents and did a fantastic job! He was very accommodating and respectful of our time and home. We recently bought a house and the guy who used to lived there smoke a ton, you could smell the nicotine really bad, especially when the AC was running. Wise-ventz came in, did their job and sanitized all the vents and AC Unit. I could tell the difference right away after they were done! No more smoke smell in the house! It smells like new and fresh! Thank you so much!The two guys that came to do the job were amazing and very friendly!
