Zuzana was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional . He explained everything he was doing a did a great job. Even gave us a discount because the chimney wasn't too clogged up. Great service all the way around.

My dryer stopped working and after calling the appliance technician, he said it was a clogged duct. We called this business, they came out asap and cleaned out the duct. Our dryer still didn't work! They came back the next da at NO charge and made sure we were taken care of, they took pictures and had us outside while they cleaned it again! NO charge! This is a first rate business, honest, professional and no nonsense. They have my business for good! It turned out to be the dryer NOT the duct. Sincerely, Alicia
