He came out took one look at our couches and said that we can get the same results by washing it by hand and he wouldn't feel right taking our money for something like that. Will 100% use this service again for any cleaning needs!
Great customer service, phenomenal job with our furniture Mike made sure to take extra precautions with delicate areas and went above and beyond our expectations to get all of the stains. I wish I had a before picture, but let me tell you this grout was black. So gross! Now it looks brand new, I was so happy with the service! The owner is very kind and professional as a cherry on top!
