“You should not allow patiences to make appointments during lunch and then tell them the wait is going to be longer because the staff is going to lunch. Not cool.“

“Dr Daniel was sooo nice, caring, and listened to me. This is a good urgent care, with a good staff. I gave 4 stars because I had to wait 3 hours. I wished they might have had more doctors on staff so I could have gotten seen quicker. But Dr Daniel is the BEST!!!!
I had gone to the emergency room at Banner Baywood hospital last night ( a friday night) and the waiting room had 30 people. I waited 4 hours, sick, sitting there in a hard chair, and finally just went home, not having been seen. So this morning I went to this urgent care. It was so much easier!“

“My 2 year old fell off the bed Wednesday night before bedtime. Woke up not able to walk. I was able to schedule an appointment same day. X-rays were taken. Results were in right away. Thank God it was only a sprain ankle. We were there for approximately 30 minutes or less. I definitely recommend!!!“
