I had a great experience starting with Maria in front who was kind and helpful.Derrick is also kind genuine and no nonsense.with a good sense of humor.I was treated wit utmost respect from Dr Alder.He took is time and listened to my difficulty.He was genuinely concerned..He offered me a treatment that is working, and I am so happy. I have always had a very good experience at Banner Urgent Care on Crismon.I wouldn't go to any other Urgent Care.
Quick schedule be evaluated. All staff and medical personnel were calm, did a good evaluation. Not only the prescription but also the “back sides” to how to administer the treatment and what to do with possible side effects. I’m very pleased with this Banner Urgent.
Visited for a sport physical and was impressed. Tracy and Andrea greeted us with a smile and guided me to sign in. Jocelyn and Kathy were both thorough and friendly.
Once paperwork was completed we were taken back right away. There did not seem to be anything out of place and no dust bunnies found on the floor and it smelt sterile!
I will definitely be back if any Urgent Care needs are needed in the near future! I highly recommend this location!
