5 stars isn't enough for Arizona Therapeutic Massage! I woke up in excruciating pain and ready to go to the ER. Instead I searched for a Massage therapist to see if that would help. I'm currently on the road competing professionally with my equine partners and after a rough weekend of competition I could barely move my head from side to side. In just an hour I'm walking out almost pain free! Tamara did such an amazing job and I'm feeling great! The holidays are here and life gets stressful. I contacted Tamara on a Saturday afternoon and she had availability that evening. I showed up at my scheduled time and she was waiting for me. We quickly discussed my problem areas and what type of massage I was looking for and she got started. Massage was excellent and hot stones were used which is a bonus. After the massage we discussed how it was and what type we should do the following visit. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.
I recently had my first massage with Tammy and it was absolutely amazing! I was suffering from an autoimmune flare up and had heard how lymphatic massage help with those so I decided to give it a try. My massage was in the afternoon and by that evening I could tell my fatigue was gone and my appetite had come back. By the next day my flare up was nearly gone and I was feeling 90% better. Not only was Tammy professional and very personable but she is very knowledgeable and knew the areas of my body that needed attention.
