Kaden and his crew are the kind of plumbers you hope to find when a big problem comes up. We recently bought a home in Mesa and found out the old water heater and plumbing setup were in very rough shape. We expected to replace it at some point, but not right away. There were also some questionable pipes, fittings, and parts of the installation that clearly needed attention. After getting a few estimates, we chose Stanley Brothers Plumbing & Hvac and were glad we did. Kaden was calm, thorough, and easy to talk to during the first inspection. He took time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be updated, and what the best repair and replacement options were for our home. On install day, the work was done with real care and skill. The new unit was set up cleanly, the piping was corrected, and several problem areas from the old plumbing were fixed the right way. He also walked us through how everything works, how to get the best performance, and what maintenance will help keep it running well in the Arizona heat. If you need honest, knowledgeable plumbing service, this is the team to call. We are very happy with the whole experience and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.
After hearing my water heater struggle and seeing it act up for a long time, it finally stopped working. I called Stanley Brothers Plumbing & Hvac because they had great reviews and were close by in Mesa. The heater quit early in the week, and the crew was at my house soon after. kaden showed up right on time and got started right away, shutting everything down safely, disconnecting the old unit, and carefully removing it from the attic, which was not an easy plumbing job. While he was getting the lines and fittings ready, antonio arrived with the new water heater. The two of them worked efficiently and had the new unit installed, connected, and running with hot water...read full review
I was very impressed with Stanley Brothers Plumbing & Hvac. Mateo was assigned to my plumbing job and showed up just a few hours after I called, which was a big help. He quickly found the issues, explained the toilet repair and leaking valve work in simple terms, and had everything fixed the same day. He also cleaned up the area really well after the plumbing service was done. The estimate was fair and easy to understand, and the final price came in a little lower than expected, which was a nice surprise. Before the visit, I had three toilets that had turned into DIY problems, including two that needed major toilet tank work and a third with a leaking shutoff valve going...read full review
