We live in Canada and had to find a funeral home that would cremate our uncle in Arizona. We contacted a few places, and after our first conversation with Frank, we knew we had found the right place.Months before he passed, we took our uncle with us to meet Frank and to make all of the arrangements. Frank was so kind, patient, compassionate and loving toward our uncle and gave him peace of mind that his wishes would be fulfilled upon his death.Our uncle recently passed, and Frank took care of everything as arranged, treating our uncle with the utmost of dignity and respect. Frank was amazing,We lost our mom suddenly, from the moment we arrived he was the most kind and caring person.He wanted to know about our mom, hear Stories, see pictures of her. We never felt rushed or like we were a bother.He answered our many many questions we had.He went above and beyond in every way possible. Calling us and letting us know what was happening at every step.We appreciate you so much Frank and couldn’t have asked for a better experience cremating our mom.
