When my son passed, RMFH was on my list of referrals, and I'm so glad I went with them. I spoke with the owner, whom I immediately liked, and I worked directly with McClain. He was very patient (I asked a LOT of questions, and sometimes he had to explain the same answer more than once), and I never felt like "a number" or that my son wasn't a priority. McClain even answered questions unrelated to my son's burial, like how he got in the business and if he'd ever watched 6 Feet Under (lol). Although I had never met any of the staff before, this was a family atmosphere that I appreciated during my time of grief.
