There’s nothing easy about losing a loved one. Yet as far as end of life arrangements go, Red Mountain made this part easy for me. All their paperwork can be done electronically which is very convenient. I selected the family good bye followed by cremation for $1495. The total came to around $2000 with shipping of cremated remains to another state, transportation from the hospital to the funeral home, and death certificates. I would recommend their services.
During some of the worst times in a persons life is when people need love and compassion the most. Especially when the OME is involved. When we found out our sister passed, getting her to a funeral home was my first priority. After calling around the valley, I came across Red Mountain Funeral Home. Brittany and Diana were fantastic. They provided all the information I needed to make sound and informed decisions regarding my sister. They were delicate in the manner they discussed the details in her death, patient as we worked together as a family to make decisions, and most importantly, they honored and cared for my sister in a way that I didn't realized I needed. The entire staff was very compassionate and caring. They answered all my questions and kept me informed on the status of the cremation. When the certificates came in, they let me know right away. I was very satisfied with the level of care they provided and would recommend them to any family needing their services.
