Great session with my personal trainer, Chad. Exceeding my goals for weight loss and toning. Love the aquafit workouts. You rock, Val! Only missing the infrared sauna. Back on Thursday and Friday. Clean and friendly.

Jan 15, 2024: After ~2½ months, the Jacuzzi seems to Finally working again! But over the last 3 weeks, I was told it was working when it wasn't, and not working when it was. been in and out since 2009 - tried all other clubs/gyms. But always was coming back to the mother ship. I love the crowd. When you come there you do feel that you are working out, not showing off, not first-time-never-come-back. Wonderful crowd and finally, if I may add, very good management.
