I fired them. I didn't feel I was getting a lot out of the experience but then today due to a car that wouldn't start, I arrived for my appointment one minute past their 10 minute rule. They say they charge $100 if you miss an appointment so due to them refusing to see me for that one extra minute they made $100, but lost a customer. I hired them, and pay them to treat me, so refusing to see me over a minute of what is my time to be seen and charging for that seems a bit over the top, especially considering how long I've had to wait in the past to be seen after showing up for an appointment. I am a new patient (since March) and, with the exception of the actual sleep study, this has been a horrific experience. You can expect to be told to arrive early for an appointment and then have to wait over an hour to actually see the doctor. I've complained about it yet nothing changes. I had my machine less then two weeks and, immediately before leaving town for the summer, I was told to bring my machine in for a required meeting that could have been done over a zoom. That ten minute meeting was a waste - the machine never came out of the bag and the provider looked at the same report I get from the app. I mentioned this and was told that they "don't support telemedicine"...read full review

Good luck ever getting through to them. I've called them 5 times about orders and you sit on hold for 18 minutes. They say you're the first in line. Then they never answer and send you to voicemail. They also don't respond to your texts. Just skip this company.
