Dr. Jackson was professional, friendly and was able to very clearly explain the procedure and the steps that would be taken in addressing my health issues. The office provided a pleasant environment and they were very quick to get me in, waiting times were minimal, and the visit was easy.
Dr. Sud is very welcoming and informative. So many doctors can make you feel like a number or rushed. She did not. I appreciate her kindness and being attentive. The staff was very professional. I like that they had an educational video. They were also super responsive when scheduling. They got my referral, called right away, and when I didn’t get ahold of them they sent a text and called again. My busy life needs this follow up and I’m so thankful they followed up. I actually had a referral somewhere else and I was never able to get ahold of the other facility, so this goes to show you Dr. Sud and their staff are ready to help!
Dr. Keiser consistently goes above and beyond, taking the time to walk through everything step by step to ensure full understanding. He truly listens and makes you feel heard. His staff is equally courteous and professional. I wish more offices followed his example!
