I do long-distance cycling, which leads to some chronic pain and muscle imbalances. A lot of massage therapists will listen to your concerns and then do the same massage routine they give everyone. And many of them simply can't go hard or deep enough to make a genuine impact. Not so with Body Mechanicx - they really hone in on the issue and they can go super deep if needed.

Elaina is the absolute best. I don’t say that without really meaning it. She will make you feel better. It may hurt. But you will get through those chronic pains and injuries you have been calling getting older. Or your sports injuries. Be brave and call Elaina

Excellent service. I sit for long periods of time and drive long distances, so my back takes the brunt of it. I recommend this place to anyone dealing with back, leg, or body pain. They know what they’re doing, do yourself a favor and go!
