The therapists are the best part of this organization. Seek treatment here if money is no object. They don't have advanced equipment or hydro equipment but they are very knowledgeable. They will teach you the necessary exercises and observe you doing them. However, if you are relying on insurance, check with your insurance company to make sure they will pay the significant cost per visit or you will be stuck like me, thinking my $40 copay was sufficient, being asked for an additional $51 per visit 5 weeks in. Now that was a surprise and a hit to my finances. $91 per visit...with insurance. ‍

Little surprised by the bill I received for an initial visit of $405.00 by the office - My insurance company had given me a quote that was reasonable. I was under the impression when I registered online for info the first visit was covered or that insurance would cover some portion of the visit... Well... no not exactly. Really shocked and surprised by this. Misleading. Didn't realize the first visit was a "therapy" visit and not an initial consultation to enroll me into therapy. I did call my insurance provider and they stated no claim was made to insurance and will be disputing. I would just be careful with this place.

[First of all, don't know why yelp said I live in CA when I live in Mesa, AZ, and I don't know how to change that. But please read on!] The folks that work here are the BEST!!! They are very professional, but also kind, caring, patient, & understanding. That's the "status quo" at this place. And Lauren is a super duper person and physical therapist! I have also worked with physical therapists Stephen & Jeff, who are great, and so is the receptionist, Jan. Eric is very nice, too. However, Lauren went over & beyond when I became dizzy right before my therapy began. She placed a cold pack on my neck, got me some water, and was very comforting and accommodating.
