I was debating my actual score based on the lack of free water in the room, however I’m not going to let that be the deciding factor of an amazing stay. I booked last night using bringfido.com as I have big dogs and 95% of hotels don’t allow for big dogs. The rooms were spacious and were giant studio apartments instead of small and cramped. My dogs enjoyed the grass there considering every other place is either asphalt or river rock. They also really enjoyed having room as they like to have their own space at times. For me the ac was ice cold showers were warm and the bed comfy. I look forward to returning in the future for a staycation. Excellent facilities...read full review
We went on a family trip over July 4th weekend with elderly parents. Family of 6 adults (4 over age 75) and 2 children under 10.
Pros: Spacious and clean rooms. Also has connecting rooms available for larger groups. Every single staff member was extremely helpful and friendly - especially Melvin at the pool and all the staff transporting luggage and guests around the property. Fun fireworks show was on display for the holiday. If you're staying on the Oasis pool side of the property, check out Papa Paul's Italian restaurant across the street!

Intermittent lack of availability of golf cart transportation. Railings on the second floor walkway are unsightly (paint peeling) and the spindles are loose...not very safe for children. Noticeable gap when door to room 621 is closed. No signage in the room as to location of the ice machine...a staff member who was walking by was able to direct me.
