The staff were rude, give you 4 days to pay for their services. Or charge you $35 a day for cold storage of the body. They charge $20 @ copy of the death certificate, charged $64 to mail them, when it actually cost $31..
There is No compassion in that place what so ever!!! Terrible
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This was an excellent experience and I was expecting it to be horrid! Everyone was very courteous and very professional. I was not dealing well with the loss of my husband, but they all were kind, patient, and professional with me. I will strongly recommend them to all. I don't think you can find a better place to go when you are in need.
Very kind and compassionate. They treated us with the upmost care. I would definitely recommend them. My only wish is that they offered more payment options. My mother passed unexpectedly and did absolutely nothing to help her family in the event of her death.... but it is what it is. In terms of how we were treated and the service they offered us, they are top tier.
