Michael was ontime. Friendly and very professional. I appreciated his quick assessment of the problem. Unfortunately, it was a costly fix. My Samsung machine would have cost over $600 to repair. I decided to purchase a new washer.

Oh my gosh, we are so thankful! Our washing machine just stopped working today so we Contacted Sears appliance repair and it was Such a blessing to get our service man Jody the same day! He was very professional! And very friendly too! And! They had the part right on the truck, so Jody was able to get a washing machine back up and running! We thank you for being there for or us and for everyone else… We highly recommend Sears appliance repair!??????

Michael was very punctual with the scheduled appointment and very knowledgeable. It took him five minutes to diagnose a problem and 30 minute to resolve the issue. I am very satisfied with Sears.
