Happy Hair Cutters II is known for awesome haircuts and hair colors done very well. The service is quick and the staff is super nice and sweet. Prices are affordable, reasonable, and much better than others in town. The business provides amazing haircuts and washes. It is a good place for a haircut, with expertise in various styles. Customers have been loyal for many years, trusting that the hairdressers know what to do.

This is the first time I've heard of this place.
.I have been going to a place off stocton hill rd.. in the new Safeway shopping center... I guess I should check this place out next time I next my hair cut or anything else
She is awesome, with colors,cuts,etc and her prices are so much better than anyone in town!!! And she is a super nice lady:)
Specialties: She does so good with hair colors, when, everyone else,here would charge you, triple for what she does, she does it well and the prices are very reasonable.
They did my hair so well I loved it I have been going there since was 12 and know I'm 33 nobody else can touch my hair they just know what to do and quick and it's affordable
