Shout out to Taylor and Travis for their professionalism in rescuing us from the side of I-40. Communications were excellent to keep us informed when there was a delay due to a traffic backup.

We used City Tow to tow our truck and Janie was amazing! The next day we had to have our RV towed and we used them again. Mike was our driver for that and he was great! We highly recommend their services!

Great company! Great people! Amazing customer service! My husband, 2 young kids and I were stranded on the side of the highway outside of Kingman trying to head home a few states away. Our insurance reached out to City Towing for roadside assistance. Travis to the rescue! He truly went above and beyond and I am so grateful he showed up. He was polite, professional, his truck was clean and he made sure we had a solid plan before he left us. He drove us to the rental car place and was kind enough to call his boss and they allowed us to park at their dirt lot for a couple days until we could make it back with another truck and trailer to tow it home.
