Didn't make us feel ridiculous or simple like so many other IT professionals. Our issue was important and it was fixed quickly. He also explained how everything worked and how it could be fixed again, easily, should the issue arise. Most IT won't share even the simple solutions with you. VERY grateful to have my scanner and it's program/app working simpatico :)
