Recently we purchased a stove with a warranty and I needed a repair. The company called Attwoods Appliances for service. Less than 2 hours after I calIed I received a call from Dusty to set up an appointment. We set the date. Dan arrived, ,thoroughly checked out the stove ,explained the process , ordered the parts and assured me that as soon as the parts came in they would contact me. Again I received a call just a few days later to set another appointment. Dan came back.. replaced the parts and fixed my stove. I dreaded having to go though a service department with a warranty. We originally went to Home Depot to find a washing machine. When we asked the worker what one he recommended he said, “None of these. Go buy a speed queen from Atwood Appliance “. So glad we did. They were easy to work with and customer service is 10/10. Thanks Taylor for a quick set up and your kindness. Definitely recommend!
