Jim and Raylene, are by far the best, most knowledgeable and honest, Plumbers in the entire Tri-State area. I have used them for years, not only to install difficult fixtures for my barn and Ranch, but also for all my household needs. I feel incredibly lucky and relieved when they arrive for a "freeze" emergency situation, as they have a full size truck and carry just about everything you would need to address the problem. Jim is incredible in his quick ability to size up a problem and dive in to fix it. No excuses, no delays, he and Raylene simply go to town and fix it. Had another company out, sent two young men. They had no idea what to do and only wanted the $75 service fee. Had Andrew's plumbing recommended to me, they came out, found the problem with our septic tank. They worked two day fixing the problem, they were professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable about the septic system.
