I am an 86 yrs old female and was stopped at the Maverick station in Holbrook and couldn't go further because the skid plate on my car was dragging. Tried calling several garages. No help. I finally called K&P, explained my problem and a man and woman were there within 10 minutes. The young man got down on the ground, got under my car and fastened the plate back up. Saved my day as I was traveling from Durango, Co to Phoenix by myself. Thank you so much. This happened a couple of weeks ago. Good people.
My oldie van overheated 8 miles from Holbrook, AZ while I was on a major road trip from Oregon to Colorado. Thankfully I was at a Loves' Travel Stop. I called K & P cuz of the good reviews & they came right over to rescue me! After diagnosing the problem, (and even though they are a towing service), they suggested I could drive into town after cooling down my van for a few hours, to avoid the towing cost. They quickly diagnosed, found parts, and worked ALL WEEKEND to get me back on the road. It wasn't an easy job. I am so grateful for their kindness and knowledge. Highly recommend Skye & Kevin!!! Great people. Helped my wife out while driving from AZ to Colorado. She went to multiple auto shops and they claimed nothing was wrong. After breaking down K&P had her up and running in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
