All the staff we interacted with during our visit was very kind and friendly. All our questions and concerns were answered kindly. They had a great variety of glasses. In and out quickly too.

I recently left a poor review of this establishment, and I want to take a moment to advise an up-date. After my recent review I received a message from Jessica asking if I would reach out and explain my issue. I did, and she told me she would contact management....... Surprisingly, received a call from Kim at the store. Again, I expressed my disappointment regarding my experience. I said I was not complaining to get anything- I didn't want anything, just letting them know they had issues to address. Kim asked me to give her a week to talk to her people and she would get back to me. She called me tonight and I will say that Kim went above and beyond what was expected. I will say- before you drive by Nationwide Vision in Goodyear- stop in and give them a try... They did more than make things right for me. Thank you, Kim.
