The office provided me with an incomplete prescription. The eyeglass store and I contacted them by phone and received no responses (quoted 24 hours).

I love working with Dr. Pongratz; she is really keeping me on track from glaucoma and cataracts. She makes me feel at ease when I talk to her. The girls that work with her are great too.
