It's been a long time since I've been to the eye doctor and they walk me through every step of the way so I knew what they were doing I like that they helped me with everything that I needed help with it's very polite and courteous see y'all next year!
Having been referred by the VA years ago, I have chosen to remain with BDPEC. From routine eye exams, cataract surgery, and laser resurfacing, every physician I've encountered has been outstanding. I've encouraged family members & friends to utilize BDPEC for their eye care.
BDP Eye Center does a good job in the mechanical execution of eye care. The doctors are always proficient. Their patient interaction however is absolutely unsatisfactory and severely lacking. A robot would do a better job of providing human interaction. My retina specialist injected steroids into my eye to treat swelling and fluid. My best guess is that the man spoke maybe 20 words to me from the time I saw him for him to examine and assess the problem, got re-dilated until the injection. His people skills are horrible, or maybe he was having a bad day.
