The exam was quick and painless. Was in and out in roughly 15 minutes including paperwork. However, the Doctor chooses to hand-write his prescriptions and has the penmanship of a second grade boy, or worse. I would ask for a digital print-out or to have someone with legible handwriting to fill out the prescription form.

Natalie—Goodyear Marisol from Dysart, came into my part time job shoppings. They commented on my frames.I commented on theirs. I told them thanks, I’m looking for someone to put lenses in my new ones. They were like WE WORK AT WALMART VISION I’m pretty sure we can. Little to say, I went to the store and Miss Natalie and team Jesse and Nate. (Hope I got it right) Help me and I received my order within 7 days. Now, I am bringing in another pair for you to work your magic. Thanks again team! You guys rock, great customer service.

I've always received my glasses through Walmart vision and haven't had issues but I went in to just see if they could tighten my glasses and he took them in the back and adjusted them and when I got them back I noticed there was permanent damage to the insides of each lense that is VERY noticeable when I look through them. When I went in to let him know(very nice and calm mind you because things happen I understand) he acted annoyed and inconvenienced by it and never apologized once. Again, stuff happens it's not the end of the world, but that was unprofessional and irritating.
