Dr. Davis and staff at the Glendale office is phenomenal! I've been having hearing issues and bilatteral tinnitus for years with no relief from other audiologists. I was seen within a few days of my referral going through. Dr. Davis gave a comprehensive exam and listened passionately to all my concerns. She fitted me for some much needed hearing aids and within a few weeks, my tinnitus is under control, I can finally hear my wife talking clearly and my quality of life has drastically improved. The entire staff goes up and above at this office! Not only did I feel supported by the excellent Audiologist, Laurie Nelson at my first appointment, I feel she was very patient, professional and qualified. I flew from California to Phoenix area this morning to visit friends for a few
days, and discovered that my hearing aid was not working. I walked into the Metro Hearing Office in Goodyear, and they identified the problem immediately and fixed it. I am so very impressed with the quality of their work and they have changed everything for the good for me as I am in this area.
