I was scheduled for a new patient appointment, which took only a matter of minutes. Before ending the call I already received my appointment confirmation, new patient paperwork and patient portal instructions in my email. Upon arrival, the front office was clean and the front office staff was friendly. Within 5 minutes of checking in I was taken back by the medical assistant who was quick and efficient.
