Travis is knowledgeable, quick and efficient. The staff is also incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone, I will be coming back for my next medical. Don't forget it's on the second floor.
Everything about my visit to The Pilot Clinic was perfect. Scheduling was on-line and easy, receptionists and medical assistant were friendly and informative, Dr. Allen answered all my questions, and I did not feel rushed. Even though the wait to see the Dr. was very short they have great movies playing in reception, so you almost don't want to be called back for your appointment. :) A+ experience, will use this office again.
Dr. Allen is great. I've been getting FAA medical on and off for over 15 years and Dr. Allen has been the best Dr. I have used for FAA medical. The process is fast and efficient with excellent customer service.
