I had an appointment scheduled for 10:10 and arrived more than 15 minutes early. Despite this, I waited over an hour before being taken back, and then an additional 20 minutes to see the provider.
When the provider entered the room, she explained she was running behind and stated she does not usually do same-day incisions, but would proceed since everything had already been set up — as long as I was willing to continue waiting while she saw remaining patients. I was confused as to how this delay was being framed as my responsibility, as I arrived early and followed all instructions.

I’ve called and talked to
Angelina at the Goodyear location she was doing her best not to help me and had me on hold for 16 mins hoping I hanged up, all I wanted to know was what kind of hormonal method they use? Pallets, injections or pills? I explained to her I been getting pellets but the provider retired so I was looking for a new place to go.
She repeated her self like 8 times that I needed to go in and a provider would tell me what would work for me. My recent visit to the dentist at Adalante Healthcare in Goodyear went very well. From check-in to check-out the team provided the best care ever! Dr Sawyer is the the dentist I saw and he is outstanding. He is very professional yet personable. In addition, his assistant Isabel was so helpful and friendly. They definitely went above and beyond for me. I had NO pain, didn’t wait long and left in better shape than how I came in! Highly recommend.
