I came in last week to this location and was greeted by Nancy who I explained my situation with some cheap glasses I bought elsewhere and wasn’t sure if she could help but she was and did it with a smile! Nancy is amazing! Thank you Nancy for helping me and making my day so much better so I could see clearly! Wish all customer support was like Nancy!

The Dr and supporting staff at the Glendale Optical are amazing. Several individuals have been there a while, which says alot with so much turn over in other places. Nancy is a doll. Knows her job well and very personable. Because of her experience, her honesty, and her exceptional sales skills, I always end up buying two pairs and loving them!!!! You have a great employee there. Been coming to walmart optical for well over 10 years for this reason.
