Nationwide Vision has been providing exceptional eye care services across Arizona since 1985. With a focus on family eye health, the expert and compassionate team, led by esteemed Doctors of Nationwide Optometry, ensures continuous eye health from childhood to advanced medical treatments in later years. The staff, particularly Shawn, is renowned for their excellent service, treating patients with kindness and professionalism. From repairing glasses to offering thoughtful gestures, such as providing crayons and coloring pages, Shawn and the team go above and beyond to guarantee a superior service experience. Customers appreciate the quick and efficient repairs, often being in and out within ten minutes, and many have been returning for years due to the friendly and helpful staff. However, some mention that the doctor can seem a little impatient, and there are concerns about extra charges added without prior explanation. Despite this, the overall environment remains welcoming, and the team strives to help patients find the right glasses and ensure satisfaction.
Small town vibes, a place they address the issue from fixing your favorite eye wear or making available time for an appointment. They offer bilingual clerks. Iris supported me with repairing my frames. I had no appointment it was nice to have friendly service as a walk in.
The moment I got there I was made to feel welcome. Everyone in the front office was smiling and made me feel comfortable. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and they anticipated my needs. The only complaint I have is that the entrance doesn't accommodate disabled people, there's no way to open the door and when it's too hot to be stuck outside it's a problem especially for me. I have epilepsy and heat is a trigger for seizures so thank goodness the staff saw me and opened the door.
The back office staff was also wonderful..helpful, patient, funny, a very nice experience. The Optometrist is amazing! The best I've ever been to..keep him!
