Ultra Foam LLc did my 14x20 & 8x7 patio roofs on time and for less than the other two companies that I received quotes from. But the reason I gave them the job wasn't price alone. They offered 2" foam, where the others were offering 1" and they offered 2 coats of sealer, where the others only quoted 1 coat. So all the way around I feel I got a good deal and a quality install from this company.

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. Frans and his team did a very thorough and expert job. He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They were also very fair about the cost. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have or plan to install a foam type roof.
