I wasn’t prepared to use a gift card and had to set it up at the counter. This took forever but Kayla was such a patient and friendly person at the register. We were talking it up while I was loading the card and she even helped me set it up. I felt so great leaving the store and will be back again!

Recently stopped in ULTA to find a product and a super nice and helpful employee by the name of Naomi patiently chatted with me looking at products and assisted me in finding the particular item I was looking for. In addition, she gave me helpful hints with the products and selecting a complimentary color. I really appreciated her time and attention. Thanks Naomi!!
