This was my first experience at this studio, and with hot yoga, and it was the staff and experience were so impressive, I will absolutely be returning! I came in at the suggestion of a friend who has taken the class before. There is a really affordable intro pass for new members. Setting up the pass and scheduling an appointment took maybe 5 minutes; it was so easy! The studio is located in a strip mall with tons of parking. The instructor for the day was so kind and walked me through everything I could expect, as this was my first time. She was even so kind as to lend me a matt, as I didn't own one. The class was HARD and wow it was hot, but because I was new, the instructor had me set up in an area that would get a little more air flow. She was so encouraging and I felt so refreshed after. The class is what you make it- if you really want to push yourself, you can, if you want to take it easy and take breaks, you can do that too and are encouraged to do so! Everyone was so kind and the instructor checked in with my after to see how I was and recommended some basic aftercare should I have any difficulties after the class. I will absolutely be returning!
I’ve been going to this yoga studio for years. My favorite instructor is Marta!!! she is very energetic each classes I feel more motivated when I attend her classes than other instructors class. Some of other instructors are not energetic ( Sounds tired ) and Room is barely warm.I really likes Marta’s classes and room temperature is great !

I also liked Krissy's classes, but I have not attended her classes for a while due to my own schedule.
