WOW WOW WOW!! This was my very first time getting extensions and I wanted something done before an event on Monday. The website said they were closed 😭 but I decided to call the number anyway—and to my surprise, Michelle called me back within 10 minutes! She was so kind and managed to squeeze me in. Not only did she give me exactly what I wanted, but she went above and beyond. The results are AMAZING!! I am absolutely in love with my new hair.
