The vet. and staff very knowledgeable. Kind and understanding and checks on your animal the next day and a week later. They are always there to help you and gives you an appointment right away in emergency situations. Very pleased and refer everyone to do service there.

They took really good care of our little girl Riley. She had a very bad infection in her uterus and fit her in for an emergency surgery the next day. The diagnosis and care likely saved her life. Thank You to Doctor Derksen and Stetson Hills Animal Hospital.

Good luck coming here. You get about 5 minutes. Then if you need to apply for the carecredit they offer, you have 1 minute to apply with no service. If you tell them you are going to file a complaint or leave a bad review, they will tell you to give them the animals prescriptions back or they will call the cops for theft. I just pray only people with money go here because otherwise, you are out of luck. I have a recording of the vet telling me that since I am going to leave a bad review that she needs the dogs prescriptions back or else she will call the cops to report that I stole them!

There is nothing I can say again that I haven't said 100 times. Everyone here is truly professionalism at its finest. Kind, gentle, loving, and to say the least, knowledgeable. There IS no room for improvement.
