Krystal was amazing! I’ve been here a few times now and this is now my go to fav place for back pain. I struggle with really bad tension headaches and migraines as well and Krystal was able to give me some relief!! The back relief therapy massages have been life changing. Also I got a facial done by Christina I believe, and she was also amazing. Both ladies are super knowledgeable, kind, and friendly.

We booked a couples massage and facial and left pretty disappointed. The facial was relaxing, especially since it was our first time, so no real complaints there.

The massage, though, was one of the worst experiences we’ve both had. The therapist talked throughout the session, which made it hard to relax. She was on her phone at times, and the technique itself wasn’t great, a lot of leaning instead of actual pressure and effort. There was also a constant push to upsell products and tools during the session, which took away from the experience.

Both my wife and I had the same issues, so it wasn’t just a one off thing.

For the price, we expected a much more professional and focused service. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t come back.

Title: My wedding ring was stolen here I feel violated and completely ignored

I visited this spa on March 20th with my wife to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. It was supposed to be a relaxing, special day instead, we left feeling betrayed.

I had a massage and facial, and both service providers were friendly and accommodating. During the service, I placed my travel wedding ring which I personally purchased for over $200 to keep my actual wedding bands safe while traveling in the basket in front of the massage table, as instructed. We finished our services and left. I didn’t realize my ring was missing until nearly a week later.

When my wife returned to the spa for a cupping appointment, she asked about the ring. Instead of checking a lost and found or offering to look into it, the first question she was asked was, “Was it a real diamond ring?” When my wife confirmed it was real, the staff member replied, “I’ll have to ask my manager—she’s the one who cleans up.”

That was the last we heard. My wife completed her service that day, and despite the staff’s promise to follow up, no one from the spa has contacted us. It has now been nearly two weeks, and I have received no call, no update, and no attempt to return my ring.

At the time of our visit, my wife and I were the only clients being serviced. The room would have been cleaned immediately after we left to prepare for the next appointment. There is no reasonable explanation for how a ring left in plain sight simply disappeared without anyone seeing it.

What makes this so much worse is the complete lack of accountability. No phone call. No apology. No effort to make things right. Instead, we were met with a dismissive question about the ring's value and then silence. We feel violated not only because something precious was taken, but because a place that markets itself as a sanctuary of care and relaxation treated us with such disregard.

I cannot recommend this business. If you choose to spend your money here, do not bring valuables they will not be safe, and if something goes missing, you will not hear back from management. I am pursuing this matter further by filing a police report and filing a complaint with consumer protection agency. Y’all won’t have a chance to do this to anyone else. It’s the principle

I had such an amazing first time couple massage experience. Thank you Crystal and the team for taking care of me and my partner. I loved every minute of it.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience here for my birthday :) we did the couples massage. The facial and massage were both perfect and so relaxing. Both the masseuse and aesthetician were so sweet, talented, and accommodating. It was my partners first time getting any massage services and while he was anxious at the start we both felt reassured and relaxed. I really enjoyed the facial massage and we will definitely be back for more sessions and me for cupping for sure!! Thank you for a lovely birthday experience :)

The massage/cupping was amazing and to add the fascial was golden. I haven’t felt relaxed un such a long time. It felt warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was calming. I recommend these place.

I had the most therapeutic massage from Crystal. She is warm, friendly and truly knowledgeable. She specialises in sciatic pain, and although the cupping was a bit of a love-hate experience, it was absolutely worth it for the immediate relief.
I’ve been struggling with sciatic pain for two months, and I could feel that shooting pain ease significantly right after the session. I know no one can work miracles in a single appointment, but she genuinely went out of her way to do everything she could within the hour.
I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted kindly, the bathrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing and professional. The pricing is also fair and not excessive.
Crystal has an intuitive ability to find the source of pain without much direction. I’m very pleased with this appointment and have already booked my next session in two weeks. ❤️‍🩹

Crystal is the best massage therapist I ever had. She knows and feels where you hurting. I had massage 4 times with her, and never regretted. I will always have massage done with her. I highly recommend her.
