I have been going to Shiny Nails on Happy Valley for a couple of years and have never had a bad experience. I don't have a favorite technician becaue everyone is friendly and helpful. They have made recommendations when I don't know what's best, and listen to me when I have special requests. Even though I recently moved, I still choose to go to Shiny Nails because I know I can count on them for consistency and great service.
My husband and I brought our daughter here for a full set and we got pedicures. We were very happy with our pedicures, but my daughters nails were not the best. They had a simple french tip and I feel for $70-$80 the lady could have done better. They are already lifting and one has popped off that I had to glue back on. Other than that my daughter was happy with her nails.
The pedicures were great we went with the cheapest one as they were very pricey for the packages they offer. All in all this place seems good, but I dont think they are the best for smaller kids. I have come here for years and this is the first time I’m disappointed in my service. I asked for a pedicure with callus remover. She did great but skipped the massage and hot towel. When I went to check out o assumed that I would pay for express pedicure callus remover. Nope I paid for the regular pedicure I tried to say something but the girl didn’t seem to understand and I didn’t see the owner. I will continue going here but sad about today
