It's quite a workout!! I really enjoyed it! Owners and trainers were great! I'm 68 years old and have a bad knee, they were really patient with me!!
Every class you learn something new, I look forward to going to each class as opposed the gym. I hated to go to the gym!!
The other members are so nice and always helpful.. I'm so glad we joined this, it's a life changer!!

I am so grateful to have found such an awesome organization. I have learned so much, building my self confidence and learning tools to defend myself in any situation. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to come over and help when needed. They answer any and all questions you may have. The seminars that they put on are extremely helpful and very beneficial. I look forward to going to class every day. Everyone that I have come into contact with going to class are very nice and welcoming. The ones that I have been going for a year or years plus also help willingly and go at your pace. There’s no other place that I would rather go to for training.

I came for the core workouts and have stayed on for the self defense classes. I love the Glendale location. There is 3 locations and they all have super skilled instructors to get you in shape and confident in defending yourself. It’s a great environment to accomplish both. Highly recommend everyone gives this a try.
