We first had Chris do work for us about 5 years ago. We were so pleased by his work that we have repeatedly contracted with him since then to do various types of work on three different houses.
His areas of expertise seem to be limitless. He has done plumbing, dry wall repair, and ceiling fan and bathroom shelves installation. He replaced the rollers on a hard-to-open patio door, repaired a non-functioning wooden fence gate, and replaced a leaky gas line on a water heater. Chris and Jose did a remarkable job!! Shower repair, Leak in ceiling fixed and toilet and sink redone. A marvelous job was done on all necessary repairs and finished in 2 days! I strongly urge you to consider Priority One WHEN REPAIR IS NEEDED!!
Chris was awesome! Was very transparent and easy to communicate with. The beacket that was installed was installed perfecrly and my sink is sturdier than it was before.
